GO Nakazawa
After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Letters, he joined NTT Data in 2003. After starting his career as a financial systems engineer, he switched to business development and was involved in the business development of fashion EC in its infancy, as well as disseminating foresight on the future of distribution and retail.In 2012, he joined the Softbank Group Corporate Strategy Office and was engaged in strategic planning.
He established SaaS companies and supported the start-up of several companies. After supporting the launch of a research center at Nihon University, he launched a marketplace platform business in 2021 and served as CEO until 2012.
He founded ROCKETS in 2024 with a strong passion to increase people who can move their businesses forward.
He is the author of " Idea Switch! " (from DIAMOND, Inc). and the co-author of "NTT Data’s Approach to Social Technology" (from RIC Telecom Co.)
MARCY Uzawa
In 2003, after graduating from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law, she joined NTT DATA. After working in proposal sales, PMO, and service development, she participated in the midst of NTT DATA's global strategy. As a member of the global development team since the early days of the company, she was in charge of PMI for overseas operating companies and marketing to establish the group brand overseas, and played a part in the rapid growth of the overseas business.
In 2021, she participated in the management of a venture to launch a U.S.-originated platform in the Japanese market. As COO, she promoted the business in an all-round manner, including project launch and promotion across borders, speedy business execution, and organizational design to enhance promotion capabilities.
She grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where she spent her teenage years aspiring to become a professional classical pianist by the age of 20. She is bilingual in Japanese and English. In 2024, she founded ROCKETS in order to share her business mindset and how to face the obstacles encountered in the business world.
